What probably happened is that SEGA bought some sort of rights to the name "Sonic The Hedgehog Porn", so that no one actually sells... sonic the hedgehog porn.
Nintendo did something similar with Mario in the 90's

Play4real is a site that simply creates bullshit pseudo-journalism, have a look at their other articles. This is old and everything on that site is admitted to be fake =P
