There's a funny story behind those three nicknames that I found out recently... they were all names for Eggman pitched by the guy that gave him his U.S. name: Dr. Ivo Robotnik. (I thought fatty lobotnick was great too, XD).

His FIRST EVER NAME was Kintobor i found it in an old sonic book.
He apparently was really good and helped and stuff but then he had a freak accident with the Chaos Emeralds and all the negative eneergy turned him in robotnik (kintobor backwards) and all evil. I loved that book ^.^.
