There's a fix for that.
I think he means that the game runs badly for him and less that the game is capped at 720p, in which case I strongly suggest a new PC.

I shouldn't have to buy a new PC (technically it's a laptop) when there are newer games that run perfectly fine on mine. If they couldn't optimize their PC port they could have at least given some options to tone down the graphics.
Also it still hasn't been patched to remove GFWL and it probably never will be.

minimum graphics card is a 8800GTX... from 2006!
I know the issues the game has on PC, but if the actual simple running of it is the issue, you should really consider getting a new Laptop. Especially considering the games of '14 will push graphics drastically...

I'm able to run games from last year perfectly fine. I'm not expecting to run next-gen games on my laptop but it would be nice if a game from 2011 would run at anything close to 30fps.
