Both in terms of PC Platforms (e.g Steam) and/or Consoles?

Well, there's Ouya. Guess we'll have to see if that, or any of those other Android-based consoles, gains a foothold.

Yeah, i'm pretty sure the console soley relying on mobile games that can be played on over 50% of all smartphones will gain a foothold
