What do you mean? Every character controls almost exactly the same.
I mean like his fighting style. Is he slow?....Nevermind
R.O.B.'s mobility is just fine and he hits like a f*cking truck.
Does that mean he hits hard?
If rocket boosters being fired upon your face counts as "hitting hard", then yes.
