I only played inFamous Festival of Blood...
I didnt really like it.
The parkour didnt really feel that great and the fighting was... crap...
I kinda wish the character was more mobile like Mercer or Heller from Prototype or Prototype 2 respectivly.
I'm still excited for Second Son though, that game looks really cool.
They seem to improved the parkour and fighting

If you're talking about digital copies, the PS4 (and Vita) will have PS3 games available through Gaikai.
I was more talking about if you bought a PSP game digitally, you can simply redownload it on your Vita through the download list.
