Oh boy, this is quite the weird one...
So Toro's Frend Network is this "game"...I guess, where you're supposed to help Toro the cat make 100 friends so that he becomes a human... cause anime magic, whatever...
To accomplish this, you must go into this lobby filled with other Vita people and send them friend requests and hope they respond(Which is quite easy if your not an asshole)
When you make a friend, they show up to invade your town... or pad.... or wherever the hell this zone is. From here you can force your friends into labour by making them work on your "home" to make it look more presentable to...yourself I guess, since you're apparently too much of a lazy twat to do it yourself.
You can also call upon your friends to help you brace through the 100 floors of the dark, evil, mysterious dungeon
that's right next to your fucking house in order to defeat the evil monster of evil and save the black cat named Kuro... even though he's just fine sleeping on your roof once you exit the dungeon.... unless he has clones =O
So yeah, it's a free game on the Vita taking up 219MB of space, I find it to be a weird but enjoyable time waster, and it's through this that I;ve actually met some cool guys and gals who are nice to talk and play the same games I do and
actually use their fucking PS3s

Actually... just North America and somewhat the UK.
TV features have almost no prominence in Europe and Asia.

Or the Caribbean, or South America, or Central America etc.
