No. Its a new-ish Fighting Game Franchise.

But it has guest characters like DoA.
Rimi Sakihata, Kurisu Makise from Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate respectivly.

However, the first game was never localized and we merely got the spin-off PB: Battlegrounds

I absolutely loved playing Battlegrounds (even if it didnt get a English dubbing) so i look forward to get game coming out.
