Wave was ok and was moderately used when I played the game. Doesn't stand out in comparison to other characters.

Note: I have a tendency to set the bar waaay too high, so be warned.
When I heard that there were going to be three new villans, I imagined them as cunning, cool (as in awsome), cold (as in merciless), and evil. When I played Riders and found out that they weren't quite as cunning, cold, and evil and more greedy, I was a little let down.
I was thinking that they would be like a living trio of Metal Sonic or Mephiles, but that may have been semi-rediculous.

Wave is a great character compared to Charmy Bee and Vector and other stupid charcacters....the Babylon Rouge rule...yes I know I spelled it wrong, maybe I did! XD
