Update to all of this

The Good News: It isnt sure yet if actually all progress has been lost.
The Bad News: Their Insurence Company doesnt cover floods, so they haven't got any funds to fix n' shit.
Maybe some Good News: Apparantly Microsoft's Phil Spencer is 'going to look into it'
