Sonic Adventure 2, easily.
I especially loved the music for Sonic's and Tails' Stages and the Main Theme.
My close 2nd: Sonic Adventure; most of the music from that game has been stuck in my head since the first time I played it.

I had to say sonic adventure 1/DX because it had one of my most favorite songs the chao garden song.
