Here is my reasoning.
I bought Project X Zone awhile back and today it just arrived in the mail. My sister opened the package and noticed Ryu on the cover who she misidentified as "Zangief" after watching Wreck-It-Ralph that morning. I knew she'd know Megaman X from the posters on my wall so I pointed him out to her, which she did. Mom was surprised by this and asked to see the case as well to see if she could recognize anyone.
First thing she does? She points to Ulala and goes, "Who's that? She's really pretty."
So I am not the only one that thinks she's cute, and that is why Jon is a cumquat.
