This site is the homepage of the OCRemix album Project Chaos.
From the flash teaser site (which is still kinda fun to visit):
"Project Chaos is a massive collaborative project where over 20 artists have come together to ReMix, ReInterpret, and ReInvision the Sonic 3 and Knuckles soundtrack."
Long story short, Project Chaos is a fan-remixed S3&K album.

Sonic takes you to the teaser page, Knuckles takes you to the release/download page.
The whole album is available on torrent from the release page and individual songs can be downloaded by right-clicking the songs and selecting the "save as" or equivalent option.
If you don't know how to use torrents and don't want to download all of the songs individually, Youtube search "how to use torrents".

Not only do I have no remixing talent, taking credit for their awsome work would be plagiarism.
