I don't think Unreal Engine 4 supports the Vita.

when people say other consoles they dont mean handhelds, despite how hard jkid might disagree.

other consoles basically is just Wii U, 360 and PS3.

PC version confirmed and will be the "leading one" because of Unreal Engine 4. (http://www.gamenguide.com/articles/12175/20140723/tekken-7-release-date-unsure-pc-version-confirmed-jun-kazama.htm)
