1. Wrong section, If you don't know where posts should go at least ask someone.
2. 1337 talk is dumb and hard to understand, people mostly use it because they are too lazy to talk normally.
'1337' is mainly used by young children who think they're cool, or by people who are joking around. It's annoying because it's stupid, hard to read and shows immaturity.
