There are still 23 days to go, it might not be funded as fast as the other popular KSs but it will reach it's goal.
And if it does not, I've heard that the person in charge of Megaman got replaced and Mr. Inafune still wants to make Legends 3, so if this program fails there is a small chance for Comcept to work with Capcom on it.
