Shadow's line is my favorite, but Sonic's one great too, but there are cooler ones out there, like:

My personal favorite line is in SA2 when Sonic starts to walk towards Dr. Eggman and says... "You've turned into a big time villain doctor!" because you can hear the sarcasim as he tries to trick him but ends up falling for a trap.
