First time in a LONG time I haven't used Paint Tool Sai, lol
I'm doing my main two pokemon, and they happen to be my favorites. ^-^
but on Platinum, they are both male, yet they resemble females. wtflol
Done in three MS Paint Windows, total time was about an hour. Most of that was detailling Muumajii (Mismagius)
Holy shit, Muumajii turned out half-professional.
I should actually lineart this. xD

I didn't use another program. I used MS Paint only.
The tablet isn't a program. It's a USB hardware device.
It's a tool. lol That's what I meant by tool rather than program.
