I would say instead of a Vocal song, make a completely Instrumental song. Although Endless Possibilities is the Sonic Unleashed theme song, I consider the World Map theme the "real" theme song because its used everywhere and its awesome. Fits the tone for the adventure of that game.

I'll vote for Crush 40.  The Sonic franchise doesn't have any very universally recognized themes like Mario or Zelda, so it's a nice touch of continuity to at least have the same bad perform the main themes.

I personally think that it should be either Crush 40, runblebee, or Bowling For Soup.

Crush 40 - Because of tradition in Sonic since SA
runblebee - They do pretty well, I liked what they've done so far in the franchise.
Bowling For Soup - Endless Possibilities was pretty epic, no doubt.

Also, I think that they should have a Bentley Jones remix as an official song in-game.

I would certainly enjoy that, but the other fans... I bet they'd want to kill Sonic Team and you if they didn't get what they wanted, or at least a more widely known group...
