Today it was declared to have no classes in our country because of Strong winds and rains and
also today is Sonic's birthday so I was thinking...

Sonic's Birthday is a holiday so we have no classes!

Coincidence? I think not!

Clearly Sonic is running around your area so fast that it is causing a lot of wind. And the rain...well it just happened to be raining that day. So clearly Sonic planned for you to have a holiday today so you can spend the entire day celebrating his birthday.
