Im awsome in MS Paint! lol See my sigs? Made them both in MS paint but things like that are easy! Also If you supply the sprites and pallete chances are I can do what you ask...am I in? :D
Edit: Oh and im busy a lot with my games so I might not be avalible all the time...just letting ya know. ;)

If I were the leader of this, I won't accept this because its just a bunch of recolors except that Toxic Guy (Green dude).
Technically the Grey dude has extra spines, and theres a Knux/Tails sprite.
Not recolored at all, right?
