NO offense, but most learners do better.
Constructive crit-
Don't resize pictures by making them smaller using the select object tool on paint. use Stretch/Skew.
The colours don't match, I'd suggest getting a real background. And removed the white/Grey around the edges.

No offense but its kinda crappy
You shouldn't resize things WAY smaller because it will look all small and you should take the excess stuff you got, what do you use to make it so i can give you a tutorial on it?
