eh im not so sure but i'd say no, this wasnt handmade (unless you say using the PC is it being handmade, but when i think of handmade i think of drawing it on paper)... then again usually people draw it out before putting it on the computer to edit it...
Handmade can anything from drawing on paint with a mouse to something drawn on photoshop with a tablet. I'm thinking the later was used unless it was a mouse in photoshop. Which makes it even more impressive.
