He doesn't die even when falling down from the highest place in the game, and you can explore more shit with him than with the other guys.

Tommy Vercetti is awesome, along with CJ of course. xP But Toni Cipriani is my favorite, not in GTA 3, but LCS. (Before he got fat. xD)
