CHATBOX ALERT: Heloer

Alright guys, didn't know where to post this, so i'll just post a serious topic in the off-topic/spam section.

Here is a message to all chat moderators, there is a guy called 'Heloer' which got banned, a while ago. Since then, he's always changing his IP to return to the chat, and I'll tell you, it's annoying. Oh, he is a spammer too. Now, he returned AGAIN, for the 7th time (yes, he changed his IP 7 times to return to the chat), so.. I banned him. I gave him 4 chances, but he spammed.. so I told him, if you return again, you'll get a instant-ban. So far, he spams everytime he returns. Just some heads up for chat moderators.
