Topic where the members report spammers

We need a topic that the mods actually check where the trusted members report spammers.
Oh, and the topic shouldn't be viewable to spammers

One more thing, Sonicadvanced09 is a spammer

Moderators have a topic called WATCHED MEMBERS, but sadly I have a feeling we need people PM'ing us to get these members watched. Just creating a topic that could be outdated isn't the answer, but we need something like that.

The problem with that is you'd have to filter through EVERY SINGLE MEMBER and decide who could see and who can't. If you see someone, PM the nearest mod and the issue will be kept an eye on.

Consider this though, if I recall right...most of the 12 members that have made the list have already been taken care of.
(AKA, banned in most cases)
