You can, but I believe you have to unlock them.

Well you could easily look it up but if it's anything like the PS3 version you'd do it either in the Grand Prix or Tour Modes.

I'm genuinely excited for an all stars racing 2. The first game was absolutely brilliant, I liked it better than Mario kart prior to the release of 7.
