I'm not usually into Sh'mups, but this looks REALLY good. The overall style reminds me a bit of Megaman X, and it looks like tons of fun to play, with those fancy scripted background events, and that cannon that I'm assuming is mouse controlled and can fire in 360 degrees.

Not to mention that the game looks and sounds fantastic.
