So, this morning something terrible happened in my Apartment building, someone got cut, badily.
So bad that there was blood everywhere on the second floor, and in the elevator.
The 3rd floor window was broken.
This happened sometime between 11:30 - 1:00
I know the time ranges because i went to get breakfast before 11:30, and came back at exactly 11:30

What i think happened was that the person broke the window on the third floor, got one of their arteries split, went in the elevator, went to the second floor, and asked for help, somewhere along the line, there was blood splattered everywhere on the second floor, there was a body there when i went to investigate, the person's wrist was split, and their clothes where splattered with blood, the person was still breathing, but was just unconscious, after that, i had to leave to do laundry, i went back out at about 4:00, also, when i went to do laundry, one of my neighbors was cleaning up the mess, and when i went to go check to see if the body was still there, it was gone, another one of my neighbors asked if i knew anything, and i told him what i knew now, he laughed in my face and said for me to not get involved because i didn't know what i was talking about or doing. So i told my mom to let me call the police, she said no because i needed to mind my own. I told her that i needed to help and tell the police what i know, but she said the same thing my neighbor said,  I can't do anything, i'm just a kid, i don't know anything. The police are here now, and i'm thinking that i should tell them anyway what i know, but something is telling me not to do it, the place has been marked off as a crime scene, and they rigged the elevator not to open on the 2nd and 3rd floor. What should i do? Should i tell them what i know or just leave it be? Please, serious answers only.

Well that's kind of just what happens. You live in New York, don't you? To be honest I think it's best you stay out of it because I'm almost sure anything you know could probably be investigated and figured out by professionals. It's not that I don't think that you aren't smart I just think that what you've said would be easily found via autopsy or even just at any sort of hospital. If the body was gone someone probably called an ambulance and the guy is probably already there anyway.

I'm sure if the police choose to figure this case out that either the victim will explain everything or that they'll be able to piece it together on their own. The last thing you need is to go snooping around in other people's business and get yourself killed or something over it.

So when you found him he was still alive but no one bothered to call or any sort of Emergency number?

I mean, I'm sorry that you had to go through this experience but I would think that someone would at least have called 911 when it happened.

Right after i posted this the police said that he was dead when they found him

For some reason when the body wasn't there it was moved to the stairwell.

Mabye he got up or something? There was blood in the stairwell.
