WTF is a "TIGERZ" or a "TIGERZ GIZMONDO"

All i know that there's One Sonic Game for both Consoles! TIGERZ....i dunno what to expect, but TIGERZ GIZMONDO, sound Italian...lol! If anyone has a picture, or actual gameplay on a TIGERZ Console, post it here!
