YouTube's Channel Upgrade?

I have found information that YouTube is upgrading all non-partner channels to a new version by July 15...personally the new version looks bad. Although it is my idea to keep everything open minded, some of the features look cool!

What are your thoughts on this...here is the video for anyone wanting to know the upgrades!
