Requesting a... tutorial? O-o

I know this is kinda odd, but I'd like to request someone make a tutorial (Or send me the link to one) on how to get a game off the CD, and be able to send it to others. Like SADX and Sonic Heroes we have here.

I want to put Oblivion (Elder scrolls IV): GOTY on here, since I... 'recently' bought it.

How do I get every single little piece of data OFF the disk, ONTO the computer, and ONLINE to download, WITHOUT killing my disk.

I need a tutorial on how to do this.
