This is an text RPG I made, where you can create your own character, level him\her up, learn techs and spells, walkin throught caves , dungeons and mazess, meet friends and crate a party, kill monsters, and have other fun adventures, all of them, by text messages.

Technically not, since it's just a notice.  If there was actually roleplaying going on on the forum, then yes.

Although it is an interesting concept, so maybe it will turn out pretty well. For the people that have unlimited texting that is. For the others, don't bother wasting money on an RPG.
