Sonic R: Ideas for remake?

Who should be in a remake of the Sega Saturn game, Sonic R? What stages should be added? What platform? Basicly a thread of idea for a Sonic R remake. All characters have a special ability. Ex- Sonic=double jump, Tails= fly, Knux= glide, Amy= speed boost, Eggman= Heat Seeking missiles...

My Character Ideas---

1. Tikal: Special= Glide
2. Shadow: Special= Speed Boost (15 sec. charge time between boosts)
3. Rouge: Special= Glide
4. Neutral Chao: Special= Fly
5. Dark Chao: Special= Heat Seeking Missile (10 rings, w/ charge time after)
6. Hero Chao: Special= Speed Boost
7. Blaze: Special= Double Jump
8. Espio: Special= Double Jump
9. Vector: Special= Ring Collect (1 in 5 chance of doubling rings; used once per race)
10. Charmy: Special= Fly
11. Fang/Nack: Special= Heat seeking Missiles

Stage Ideas-

Emerald Shrine- emerald shrine from SA(DX) Collect all coins for Tikal.
Dark Cave- a dark looking cavern track with bats and bugs. Collect all coins for Shadow.
Pirate's Cove- a sea-based track with treasure filled shortcuts and pirates! Collect all coins for Rouge.
Chao World- a track based on the 3 gardens, kindergarden, black market, and lobby of Chao World SA2(B). Collect All coins with:
-Sonic, tails, knux, or neo amy for Hero Chao
-Eggman, metal sonic, metal knux, or EggRobo for Dark Chao
-Tikal, Hero Chao, or Dark Chao for Neutral Chao
Fire Palace- a reddish castle track with fireplaces & torches everywhere. Collect all coins for Blaze.
Mushroom Forest- Self explanitory, a forest w/ giant mushrooms shrouded in a fog. A track for experts, indeed. Collect all coins for Espio. Unlocking Espio also will unlock Computer Room.
Computer Room- A high tech room with electric dangers and Shortcuts filled w/ CD's. Expert Track. Collect all coins with Espio, then beat 3 robo drones in a race in Computer Room will unlock Vector.
The Hive- A golden track filled with bees, honey and bear clawmarks. Expert Track. Collect all Coins w/ Vector then beat 3 Queen Bees in a race on this course unlocks Charmy.
Casino City- Filled with slot macines and other games. Cameo appearance by Sonic Championship machine. Collect all coins to unlock Fang.

I personally say Eggrobo should be remade.

Plus, I say Manic and Sonia should be in a remake for Sonic R... that would be awesome. *Is a really big Manic the Hedgehog fan*

But, then again, I usually say that to all the people saying, "Who should be in the next Sonic game?" XD

the game REALLY needs to be sped up, the gameplay is WAY to slow, i mean it remains sonic, and his feat is being fast, how in the world can he not win!
