And the reasons?
Hazor spammed a topic.
Hazor flamed.
Hazor was threatening to hack Johns account and destroy the forum.
Hazor was threatening to send out a virus to everyone.
Hazor was accused of hacking another member already.
Hazor was being very rude.
(Btw, this was all because his fan game got deleted...)

I deleted the topic, since it was full of spam and flamingness... at least 2 pages of it. And I banned him.

um, dude. Your name is listed in the ban list. That isnt gone. You're IP, account name, etc... meaning no matter how many cookies are deleted, the forum will reject you.
