Two things:

Save it as a PNG to stop the blocks around the pic showing up.
Add a bit more colours to make it look shaded more.

You're hired as the guy in charge of creating Advance sprites.

Well all i gotta say for you Michael is:

Don't make sigs to big.
Make ur words more colourful and complex.
Use the NiseSonic font more often.
Add more transparency.
Use more gradients.
Make it readable.

If you make a sig with at least three of those things in then i'll consider letting you join ^^
