I have changed my mind, "God" from Silent Hill 3.
It starts out as a parastie of some sort, is inside Heather till she she vommits it out and Claudia eats it.
Then when Claudia eats it, starts to ,lose her skin, turns into some fucked up thing, falls down some where, Heather follows, then says the stupidest line ever:
"No, you can't be dead! I was going to kill you!" to the fucked up thing that's a mix of "god" and Claudia.
But the most disturbing part about it...Is that it's the god of Silent Hill.
