Vista is a system hog. Its takes up too much resources. You need at least 2GB of RAM to run it smoothly.

I think Vista is quite good, it removed LOTS of bugs and errors from the XP-version. In the XP version I nearly got blue error screens daily, but when I got Vista on the same computer I didn't get blue error-screens anymore

Hmm i think you just stay with ur old one and get a good virus scanner to make it better that will kinda make it like the new 1
