There haven't been 6 Mother games.

Okay, a company named after a shape made it.

Remember: It is 3rd in the series, and was never released in the States. The 6th game in the series was released as the 3rd game in America. It has a remake.

Here's another hint: the remake is on the DS. Oh, and the remake was released Stateside.

Okay, one more, then I'm just going to give you the answer. Honestly, I think you guys are trying too hard.

All of the games in the series have the same title, just with a number tacked on. In this case, it's the 3rd game. So, this is Mystery Game III. (HINT! HINT!!)
