Yeah I'm kind of wondering that myself. I think Amy would've busted a blood vessel if she ever saw them kiss (of course, she wasn't in SRA either XP but she was in the first Rush)

I have a level of respect for Blaze that is too high for her to be just some trashy failed-potential love interest(if that far) for Sonic the Pimp.

I don't think it degrades Blaze one bit to be Sonic's love interest. It's not like she falls head over heels in love with him the first time she sees him, nor that she's a total doormat (like Amy), the fact that they seem to make such a great team and show a degree of affection for each other is why I think the two of them would make a great couple. She would give Sonic the "guy time" he would need and wouldn't be all clingy and constantly concerned with keeping a specific date or schedule with him. She'd also work right along side him, which arguably speaking I can see Amy doing that too but, Amy's also very annoying and clingy to Sonic. So while I think Blaze would be a great match for Sonic, Amy I don't. I don't even care about the "well she's a hedgehog too" arguement, because to me that doesn't really matter. Either you're compatable, or you're not. Plain and simple. Ok, I know you didn't mention Amy should be with Sonic specifically as a counter argument, but I wanted to bring that up just in case someone else did.
And that picture of Blaze and Sonic you showed, looks really cute to me. Honestly I think they'd work very well as a couple, probably better than any other potential love interest with Sonic.

Ok on a serious note, she probably wouldn't. The drawing itself is a little out of character, but I still think it's cute.
But honestly, I don't think she's trashy at all. She's probably the most respectable female on there. You have Amy the door mat, Rouge the slut, Cream the prissy damsel in distress and Marine who's just...annoying. -.-;
However, there is one other female character I like and that's Shade the Echidna, who comes as a close second to Blaze IMO as favorite female lead (Except Shade's not a cat and I'm terribly biased in favor of cats. I'm well aware of Honey and Tiara but they never made it into the games so I have no idea how they'd be like personality wise). Oh yeah, there's Tikal, I don't have a good or bad opinion of her.
And I actually DO like Amy as long as she's not Sonic's girlfriend. XP
Now, the fact that Blaze is a cat isn't the reason I like her with Sonic, I mean, I'd probably like her with Sonic if she was a hedgie, echidna, fox, whatever. The fact that she IS a cat is a reason I really like her, but I just wanted to point out that this wasn't the reason I like her with Sonic. ^^; I used to like KnuxBlaze for a while, but then I realized what a great dynamic she was with Sonic.

Anyway I kind of went a little off the wall there, but yes Echidnapower I agree that she probably wouldn't lick Sonic like that, but that doesn't mean I don't find it cute. XP

SilBlaze = SonBlaze > SonAmy
