Bethesda.. or BioWare?

I'll vote BioWare if they'll give me Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic III. An NO I don't mean The Old Republic. I want a new single-player game, not an MMO... but the MMO does look cool.

I think Bethesda makes great games though, but none of their games pulled me into the story as much as Mass Effect series did.  And KotOR is a classic, beat that game a shitload of times back when i still had a xbox. Wanna try out Dragon Age soon, looks like a fun one.
