The Sprite needs better hair shading, I would suggest using 3 colours on the hair as it just looks like an mixture of 8-bit
-Shading. If your trying to make hair make it noticeable, I can't tell if on his forehead it's an ear or hair
-Also don't be so low about your sprites. Change 'WHICH IS CRAP' to 'It's not that good, could you guys tell me how I can improve this?"

But little too much hair for a sprite but I love the idea Hms7 looks lovely too but I guess you didn't do a lot on it isn't it? It just looks like silver but blue
