lol, it gets worse when you do stuff like the sigs i make (no wonder it takes like 2 hours to finish, i mean you have to copy every sprite, and place them in the right place to make sure the animation looks good and yeah yeah yeah ). So yeah its pretty good for a first

Photoshop or Paint probably.

Paint is the BEST for recoloring, Photoshop, well its not so great for recoloring (trust me...)

yeah, ms PAIN is recolour of sprites ect. photoshop is for the more advance stuff

I can only recolor PNGs and video game rips in Photoshop.
