I'm going to sound like a bitch here, but so be it.
I don't get why people seem to think that just because you don't believe in god that you're a terrible person, or you automatically suck.  I can't tell you how many people become my friend, then when they find out I'm agnostic (well, I'm more of a soft atheist.  I really don't shoot down the idea of a god, but I HIGHLY doubt it), all of a sudden, I'm like a plague, and they won't even talk to me.  So what if I don't think there's a god.  It's not like I'm affecting your life.  It's not like I'm trying to push it onto you like "you know what, you shouldn't believe in god, blah blah"  I'll believe what I want to believe, and you believe what you want to believe.  That's one reason I dislike Christianity (no, I don't dislike Christians as people, I just dislike how they go about things).  They're big on this "soul winning" thing.  I'm sorry, but I see no gain in going around trying to shove my religion down others throats.  For the most part, if I believe (or not, in this case) in something, my mind's set, and someone cornering me and spoon-feeding me the bible isn't going to change my mind.  In fact, it would really just piss me off.  That's what I think of soul-winning.  Like I said, I don't shoot down Christianity or Christians as a whole (or any other religion, it's just Christianity is the main religion) or anything, but...

Again, I'm not trying to sound like a bitch or make enemies but...there's a Christian topic (really a topic asking who here is Christian, but this topic is pretty much the same thing), so why not one for those of use who don't believe in god?

I understand your point of view, I don't go to church myself, but,  I do believe in a higher authority, as a person I am entitled to have my own opinion on things that I feel necessary to talk about (altho it really doesn't matter)  but I'm not saying anything more.

I bitch on Christians, but I also have to bitch on other atheists and agnostics for not giving others a chance to share their views, as long as they aren't doing it in a rash manner.

I guess what I'm saying is that everyone is entitled to their opinion, and everyone should have a change to speak their mind, as long as it's not in a radical way.

anywayz, it's annoyin how religious people like to force religion on ya, or assume athiests hate religion.

well it's ture for some, but i'm just a guy who needs proof, well more proof than a book that was written 1000's of years ago, no offence. Sure the bible and other religious books may have an ideal for a way of life, and a interesting story, but it ain enough for me to think there is a God or whatever
