Jkid, starving yourself will only make it worse. When you don't eat, your metabolism slows down and your body retains fat. Regardless of what people may tell you, you have to eat to lose weight.

I'm just not as hungry as I used to be...it's like my stomach shrank 5 sizes overnight. @_@
