No. Anime is any kind of non-interactive animation made in Japan. Boondocks is not Japanese, so it's not anime. It's still a good cartoon, just not anime. If you're going by animation style, Avatar: The Last Airbender and Code Lyoko would be anime. And they aren't. Again, not that those are bad shows. But they aren't anime.

In short: ANIME IS NOT AN ANIMATION STYLE.

Oh, and Eden of the East is coming out soon, so I'll be watching that... and Haruhi season 2 is already out, so I need to track that down... and I still haven't finished Lucky Star... and I'd like to get the rest of Code Geass... my wallet hurts. @_@
