Your Fan character in Sonic 1/2/3/S&K? I'll do it.

Yeah, I can put them into the game. Rom editing programs rule.

So, simple,

I can put Sonic, Tails (Still working on Knuckles) In (change there colors, basically.). Although I can't add an extra tail/hand whatever, but, I can edit stages completely/edit hits it takes to beat bosses. As i'm still learning, it might not be perfect, but hey, practice makes perfect. If I ever get good enough, I might even be able to add more characters!

Just provide pictures of your fancharacter/s or descriptions. Also, say how you want me to edit the stages/colours.

It will take 1-7 days. Also, it would be best if you wanted me to edit Sonic 2, it is easiest to edit. Finally, I guess I need an example?
