I wouldn't towel it imo..  Can cause more problems than it's worth.. Not that anything would be lost from this as it's already broken. Also, it's a potential fire hazzard (but we know that ain't going to happen).


Either way, i've fixed up a few xboxes in the past year and I'd recommend doing the x-clamp fix. It does work! But never expect it to last anywhere near as long. If you're lucky, you'd get about 3 or 4 months game time out of it with casual play time. However it varies from console to console.

I hope so, haven't checked that out yet. It is the PS3 that came with MGS 4 though.

Oh, and I just got his 'working' 360 too. It's the Arcade version with no shiny disk thingy, but the only thing I care about is that it works. Besides, I can move my HDD to another Xbox thankfully...

Card readers, 4 USB Slots; PS2 Backwards compatibility... =3
Those slim PS3s good damn awful. I would however consider an upgrade if they added two more USB slots or the card readers again.
And maybe the option to make it Piano Black, as opposed to that matt/graphite black colour that they have going on now.
