So you have a maximum amount of games that you can have out, and to be sent the next game on your list, you must either buy or return one of the games you have out?

Yes. Depending on what you pay monthly you can have either one, two or three games out at once. Once that limit is hit you have to buy or return a game before you can get the next available game on your list. In my case it always took the game about a day or two to be sent back and about two or three days to arrive.

Besides, all brown eyes are blue underneath. The brown layer just needs to be removed, so it's entirely possible.
