I never needed final form, I got all characters the best weapons (sora got ultimatuim of whatever its called i forget) and all of them to lvl 99 (im so pathetic)

I got Final Form! I got it by accident, I wanted to attack, but the thing was on Drive and I kept pressing X unknowingly it would result in getting Final Form. I would of went into Valor Form I think but..."GIVE ME STRENGTH!!" Boom, Final Form.

just keep fighting cerburus after beating roxas and keep restarting the fight in cerburus cup and he should eventualy pop-up sorry if somone already said this
